Put all reporting and control procedures into place and adjusted them as the company grew from $4.0 million in sales to $11.9 million prior to the sale to Dover.• Performed the weekly payroll for the company including the calculation of all payroll related taxes and withholding until payroll was out sourced to a third party provider.• Wrote and implemented all of the company’s accounting and personnel policies and procedures. As well as designing the overall personnel review and salary adjustment program which covered all employees except the senior staff.• Brought the new ERP system on line and activated each of the seven modules over a six month time period to transition the company from a paper ledger system to a computer based one.
