Conducted requirements, plan, execution, communication and deliverables with external vendors and integration with internal systems and processes. • Managed a project to enhance the integration with Microsoft as a carrier partner and allow to transact MaxxConnect for Teams Direct Routing services and deliver dial in conferencing to Teams which is attached to £9m of revenue in EMEA alone. •Played Scrum Master for project to automate the platform and infrastructure implementation using Ansible playbooks and creating a portal with new APIs to expedite the VoiceMaxx implementations from 120 days to 30 days. •Managed Billing system changes to comply with billing regulations which involved coordination with external requestors and external customers like; develop bank slip update for Bradesco, set up 3D Secure authentication with JPMorgan for credit card payments, and modify payment reports for Mexico Taxing Office.

    • Assisted and set up DBA group to transition to agile methodology and techniques by setting up Jira space , playing scrum master and coach the team to calculate story points during backlog refinement and break stories into tasks, focus in MVPs during sprint planning, stay focused in sprint tasks and discuss issues during daily stand ups, enforce coordination with User Interface groups during sprint reviews and demos and workout positive retrospectives. • Set, prepared, and executed Disaster Recovery drill for main database between two datacenters which included redundancy and fail over procedures affecting all apps used to support conferencing features. The scope included DBs, external and internal front ends, Middleware’s, APIs, report systems, usage collection, conferencing provisioning systems and more than 100 stakeholders. • Replaced/upgraded End of Life HW to be compliant with EIT regulations and keep operation running with no risk for 20 systems. App and DB servers were distributed across Canada, US, Europe, and Asia. Elaborated inventory, scheduled plan, procured servers, managed budget, and coordinated maintenance windows with sanity testing. Communicated and collaborated with ~ 80 stakeholders among app owners, operations, networking, infosec office, and testers. • Led and managed a 1 year’s SW development program to support special characters in invoice PDFs which implied to set up Unicode in ~ 30 major systems and Informix Databases and coordination with ~ 80 stakeholders among managers, app owners, developers, testers, sales, customer service and billing ops.
