    EXPERIENCE:Operations Analyst-Technology manager for Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.My present duties consist of Supervising, designing and implementing deployment of all additions or enhancements to existing systems and installation of new systems. Maintaining an accurate inventory of all systems and peripheral equipment to insure all equipment is accounted for which is a major concern to the agency.My role is to insure a dedicated and complete compliance to inventory management. I also develop and create statistical charts and graphs noting trends and differences in resident disciplinary actions. Other responsibilities are to manage and coordinate all local emergency preparedness procedures for the development of a detailed but concise emergency response system between departmental, local and state authorities. Every organization has official rules, policies and procedures that are to be adhered to at all times. My obligation as the Local Policy Coordinator is to insure all Official policies and procedures are complete, accurate and comply with all departmental, local and state guidelines.

    My Initial and primary responsibility was to Develop, monitor the budgeting process and start up for a brand new Correctional facility for a total population of1500. I was Directly responsible for the configuration, maintenance and operational readiness of all communication devices including one-hundred fifty personal computers, two-hundred telephones and one-hundred hand held radios along with other peripheral equipment. My role as the LISC (Local Information Systems Coordinator) allowed me to Supervise all LAN/WAN Network Administration, cabling requirements and serve as the priority Point of Contact for all network data/voice outages or problems. I Directed, developed and implemented Operational standards and procedures of movement for a population of 1500 residents by coordinating, analyzing and fielding a Paradox database system. All trends and short falls of all newly arriving residents was identified to insure operational integrity, readiness, fitness and time management for the entire population. I created charts and graphs to explore and identify any potential areas of concern for overflow of residents or problems. I was in charge of and directed the OMS Oversight Committee(Offender management System) as the Leader and Coordinator by conducting monthly leadership meetings with all major Department staff to facilitate a smooth and orderly transition of movement for the entire residential population. Because of my creative abilities and attention to crucial details, I was selected as Chair of a Georgia Department of Corrections statewide committee in developing, creating and adopting a working job description for the position title of Operations Analyst. My supervision consisted of managing critical clerical/data entry personnel, conducting written evaluations and interviews to measure their effectiveness for the overall mission of the Georgia Department of Corrections..

    My job responsibilities were to gather all data from on a daily basis from the PARIS(Public Assistance and reporting System), transfer the data to magnetic tape, relay the information to the DHR (Department of Human Resources) and then print the daily reports for pickup by the local DHR office. I also had to troubleshoot and repair any outages with equipment and contact any local agency of perceived or actual outage times to allow them additional time for input of public information into PARIS.Other duties were to travel to local and surrounding agency locations installing all personal computers, peripheral devices, installing communication lines, training local personnel on new procedures and troubleshooting any potential problem areas.

    OIC of Base Communications Center/Base Communications Center Operator:My duty Stations were Patrick AFB, Florida 1974-1976, Iraklion AS Crete, Greece 1976-1977, and finally Moody AFB, Georgia January to August 1978 where i was honorably discharged. My primary duties were to prepare electronic messages for transmission to other Military and DOD installations. My career field also required me to be proficient in the security of confidential cryptographic information mandating the protection of classified and unclassified information at all times. I also had to be proficient in Telephone switchboard operations and at times supervised many civilian and military employees. During my entire military career i maintained a Government Top Secret/SI security Clearance for the entire five years.
