Wrote the first by-laws for ACH (automatic clearing house) transactions in 2002 and maintained the updates through 2010. Worked on collections, and other related projects. Making sure all regulations where followed and noted for future reference. Tended to wire transfers and all the related papers work. Assisted in training new tellers, on procedures, check 21 processing, how to work the banking programs and member relations.
