Supervised 6-18 employees on any given day. Inspected the guest rooms after the attendant had cleaned for new guest to check into. Made sure lobby areas were kept clean. Kept in contact with the front desk to make sure we had the rooms available and ready for the next guest check-in. Did inventory of all cleaning supplies and personnel items for guests by-weekly. Wrote daily reports on the room attendants performance and put in their files. On swing shift we had to do the daily reports and send an email to the other supervisors,manager and director. Had to make the daily planner for the next bunisess day. Locked everything up at the end of the swing shift, make sure all keys were turned back in.
