Plan, organize, get fundraising, and run pool safety day with over 150 participants. Promoted swim team program with a growth of over 40 swimmers (25% growth), Running meets with over 200 swimmers and parents attending. Updated the swim lesson program, lesson cards, and instructor training. Worked with Teen Program supervising teens and planning activities for them to do (3 months during pool closure). Created and supervised Junior Lifeguard and pool volunteer program.
