    Well, just got through a load on VMWare vsphere training, installation, design and implementation. While not perfect, there is no better way to manage a datacentre. Won't be long before I forget how to rack, cable, label and build a physical server.Started out as systems designer, installations, training and support engineer for all UNIX systems at the Telegraph. For the last 8 years have been running the server group department in addition to active systems design, build and support. Have been working with Sun hardware/software for over 18 years and have built up huge amounts of experience with all the various Sun hardware and every version of Sun UNIX from SunOS 4 to Solaris 10. The majority of the Telegraph's Sun systems are my design, build and implementation. My skills cover every level of design and implementation including networking, clustering, storage, disk management, scripting, DNS, email and on and on. In addition to this 8 years experience in managing the server team who under my leadership deliver the Telegraph high levels of reliability and up time of all server based systems.
