I was promoted to Senior Sales Manager responsible for Meetings and Events in May 2010 to drive and manage the Meetings and Events office and revenue and following this was promoted to Director of Sales in April 2011.

The hotel was awarded AA 4 star status In December 2008. I started at the Redwood Hotel as a Meeting and Events Co-ordinator in July 2007. I was promoted to Sales Executive in January 2008 which involved assisting the Sales Manager for one month and then I worked autonomously managing the key corporate accounts and promoting the hotel for new and local businesses. I was then promoted to Sales Manager in September 2008.
