My role was to provide Information Management and was subsequently broadened to include Office Management for the organisation. This included management of a team of information management staff responsible for managing the information processes for the exploration, operational and project handover lifecycles of the organisation. During 2000 this also involved the coordination of the shut down of the Perth office and transfer of information resources to the Mobil and Esso offices in Melbourne due to the cessation of Mobil operations in Western Australia. I was also responsible for the ongoing management of the office services requirements within Mobil Exploration including the management of office space, and company cars
