Please contact me about opportunities!• Execute and manage full recruitment processes for US teams nationwide using strategic planning to hire early career talent for technical openings.• Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to establish clear understanding of hiring needs, role profiles, degree requirements, areas of expertise, and team/working environment to build marketable job descriptions, interview process, and candidate selection criteria.• Drive effective hiring processes through working closely with hiring managers, timely sourcing, identifying talent, interviewing, and negotiating compensation packages while providing a positive candidate experience.• Plan and execute university career fair recruitment and yield events such as Semiconductor Day at target 4 year universities.• Improve hiring effectiveness by training company representatives to assist with campus and diversity recruiting activities and implementing a standardized selection processes.• Analyze and utilize metric-driven university selection based on curriculum alignment, historical success, diversity, and geography.• Formalize recruiting relations with target universities, diversity and student organizations, and partner programs.
