I managed the operations of the Everett and Bellingham offices. This job entailed all operations of running and maintaining 2 stores in Washington. I oversaw all daily activities of the warehouse including: annual performance reviews, hiring and releasing of staff, daily bank deposits and reconciliations, inventory management and control, training new staff on company policies, software and customer service, discipline and bonuses. As Branch Manager it was my responsibility to Explain to customer’s policies and procedures of warranties and service making judgment calls that both satisfied the needs of the customer and goals of the company. I also maintained detailed reports for monthly sales, COD’s, Credit hold reports and other accounting assisted duties. Assisted accounting department with collections from derelict customer’s as well as warranty disputes. I attended company lead management meetings and workshops supporting off hour requirements and then relayed and trained my employee’s on what was learned at the workshops.

My primary responsibilities included: answering a multi-line phone system, looking up parts in paper and online catalog’s to best assist a customer’s needs, Problem solving cooling system issues over the phone, invoicing customer’s orders and collecting proper payments. I also assisted the manager with assorted daily reports for example: COD reports, On Hold reports, Daily Deposits etc. I accepted and processed warranties. I also assisted in the training of new employee’s. After 2 years I was promoted to interim manager which required traveling to other company locations and managing the site while establishing a trained crew to transition daily operations to before I would move to another site and start over. My efforts were recognized with a promotion and an increase in wage. I have always been a dedicated punctual employee and only left to seek better opportunities.
