    My personal involvement as Director at Up Imagery is as much as you can imagine with what automatically is assigned to you as a business owner. Along with the day to day operations of creative directing, camerawork and editing, I've made sure to give time to to develop and grow the business. More recently and most important however, has been focussing on ensuring the rest of my team is well equipped and supported to succeed in everything they do and who they interact with. This includes making sure we work and gel together as best as possible as a team. Every aspect of the business I love, and it would almost be impossible to pick what I enjoy more than the other, but helping others to grow and do well has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.With ongoing clients like Ray White, Harcourts, Bayleys and Barfoot & Thompson, Up Imagery swiftly gained local reputation when it began under the Young Enterprise Scheme as a creative content production house for its slick - and sometimes quirky - real estate videos. Attention to detail and treating every piece of work with care is how it lead that way, which continues to be a strong value.Up Imagery remains Northland's most sought after photo & video creatives for Real Estate and the demand has only continued to grow with three team members at present.

    Telstra Vantage 2022. I was responsible for the arrangement, monitoring and playback of multiple pieces of content provided for the event, which would then be displayed at the in-person event and live stream. I primarily worked with Room 1's show caller & vision mixer, while also assisting the wider crew with the pre-production, set up, and pack down of the event.

    Touring as part of the Showquest crew across Aotearoa for a second year in a row!This involved collaborating with the video team and wider crew in the filming and production of multiple Digital Shows as the alternative to live in-person events due to COVID-19.I was also heavily involved in the editing processes: Six-feed Multicam edit of many school performances (each lasting about 10 minutes long), the stitching together of acts to form Digital Show(s), as well as editing highlight videos for social media.
