    CIO of the Paraiba Justice Court, and member of the Information Technology Governance Committee, Information Technology Management Committee, Information Security Committee and Data Protection Committee,Worked on IT strategy aligned to the organization strategy, in planning and control of IT projects and actions, in the definition of budget priorities for investments (purchases and contracts), supporting the implementation of information technology management and governance processes. In summary, we had to keep IT services up and running, and deliver value. Also, I was directly involved in processes digitalization project, and data protection (LGPD) mapping and implementation project, at the Court. It was under the responsibility of the CIO, more than 70 IT services, and more than 100 employees distributed among the areas of IT governance, systems development, infrastructure and service desk.At 2020, Paraíba State Court of Justice was recognized as the 9th best Justice Court, in an evaluation of IT governance best practices, among all of 92 brazilian Courts.
