Local businesses include jewelers, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc.Launched a Telecommunications company that negotiated with and then partnered with Verizon FIOS, Comcast, AT&T, Time Warner, Dish, DirecTV, Charter, Frontier, AlticeUSA to offer alternate Telephone, Cable and Internet to 45,000 tenants in 100+ residential communities. Converted 3 corporate offices in NYC and NJ as well as 50 regional offices in NY, NJ, CT from copper to VoIP.Created a rooftop antennae leasing program with Verizon, Sprint, T Mobile and AT&T in New York, New Jersey and California. Managed environmental clean-up of Superfund and Brownfield Sites under EPA or State oversight. Responsible for all aspects: negotiating with agencies; design, build, and incorporation of the site plan into the capping of the site; and site re-development.Developed Town Center shopping center concept in historical New Jersey community. Responsible for the acquisition, approval, construction, and sales of single-family subdivisions, ranging from 10 to 125 homes.

Developed, constructed and operated a 100-room Best Western Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C.
