    Implemented tenant improvement and new construction of retail, office and industrial space for MM Enterprises. Grew the company from an apartment to 30 retail locations, 5 offices, and 3 industrial spaces. In charge of over 75 million dollars in projects across six states. Excelling in strong communications, business acumen, and the drive necessary to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet hard deadlines.• Managed external architects, engineers, land-use attorneys, designers, construction managers and contractors to create documents and deliver projects per brand design standards.• Reviewed and redlined project drawings and submittals and instituted a system for internal stakeholder approval at various project milestones. • Oversaw and tracked payment applications and change orders in order to communicate up-to-date project costs throughout the design and construction phase to c-level leadership.• Evaluated potential locations with the real estate team to confirm suitability for retail construction. Affirmed project schedule through site visits and directed design changes as necessary through sketches, redlines, detailing, and drafting to accommodate evolving compliance guidance and site conditions while creatively adhering to design standards, timeline, and budget. Organized site handovers and punch lists to ensure successful transfer to staff. • Tracked project data and communicated with department leads on store requirements and progress to ensure a “no surprise” environment. • Advanced the design of test fits, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installation on a project and program level. Leveraged vendor relationships to optimize design and finishes for more cost-effective and time-efficient installation. Initiated and supervised fixture and lighting vendor bid process, which resulted in reducing FF&E budgets by over 45%.
