This position provides leadership to the Company's Manufacturing Plant operations. It is responsible in guiding the effective implementation of production plans and programs, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales and marketing, and support groups to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This responsibility ensures that the Manufacturing Plant is properly operated and maintained, the raw materials are as desired and specified, safety and housekeeping standards as well as environmental controls are in place and adhered to, cost management and productivity initiatives are aggressively pursued, and that workforce is motivated and capable of meeting the required production requirements. This position reports to the Manufacturing Director of the Company.
