I travel to large medical groups and billing agency offices to train them on completing the CMS (formerly HCFA) 855 General Enrollment Application and inspect independent diagnostic testing facilities before enrolling them into the Medicare program.Specialty in independent diagnostic testing facilities and ambulatory surgery centers - screening and verifying the application, visiting the practice location and interviewing the technologists and physicians, reporting all CPT Codes and issuing the billing number. I began working for the Medicare Part B Carrier in August of 1993.
