I redesigned several tools that project managers, sellers, consultants use daily which provides support and resourcing for Microsoft’s Enterprise customers. These tools were completely rebuilt with new IA, patterns, and components for the ESXP and CSEO team. My focus the last seven years has been helping Microsoft's enterprise (AAD) customers manage their billing, software, licenses though Microsoft's billion-dollar license and service management portal. This includes providing north star envisioning concept work, information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, prototyping, and design integration support with engineering teams. I'm a systematic UX and Product Designer with experience transforming business needs and user insights into simple, effective, and meaningful experiences.• Collaborated with our researchers and outcome showed improved NSAT score 20+ points. • The tool creation has inspired other Microsoft teams to move towards continuity among patterns I created. • I work succinctly with the engineering team for fluidity from design to release. • Was part of the visionary design team for a new Enterprise tool for Microsoft sellers and consultants. • Lead new grid designs for the component and pattern library that the larger design team accesses.
