I lead the development of all facets of our IT and content management services, including sales and creating RFPs, bids and proposals.Additionally, I am involved in strategic and organizational planning, business process reengineering, technology studies and deployment, information technology policies and procedures, JAD facilitation, and application requirements planning and deployment.A certified Enterprise Records Management Master with a 30-year career history in IT consulting, my work also includes: ✔ Project planning and management. These services include planning, organizing, managing, and tracking project activities and tasks. I also manage consultants and client resources assigned to the project.✔ Project consulting. This involves developing surveys, interviewing clients, identifying needs, defining requirements and revising business processes. I develop and present project deliverables that include strategic plans, information architectures, implementation strategies and program management structures, and identifying and prioritizing business improvement opportunities.✔ Corporate management. Methods Inc. was an independent IT Consulting services and software development company.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬As Founder and president of Methods Inc., I consulted clients in the areas of IT management and application development. The more significant projects included the establishment of a system support organization and leadership of a major business process reengineering project.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS✔ Led development of an IT Architecture and five-year plan for a large state agency. The ITA Plan linked the IT direction with the strategic agency mission, goals, and objectives. I also formed and led an Information Technology Advisory Committee, made up of seven senior agency managers, to chart the agency's IT direction, and made regular presentations to executive staff. The resulting plan was widely reviewed and accepted by personnel across the state. ✔ Formed and directed the efforts of seven multi-divisional, senior management Business Process Reengineering task forces to develop business-focused Knowledge Management Strategy Plans. The goal was to formalize an overall strategic architecture of new development, modify the existing system and apply new technology to support a new luxury product line.✔ Implemented an Information Engineering development approach after reviewing development processes, performance history and future plans. The development platform focused on a business strategy-driven planning approach supported by an IE Methodology and utilizing a RAD process. The new processes resulted in a 50% increase in productivity, significant improvement in system design quality and reduced post-implementation maintenance requirements.✔ Designed and developed a Dealer Survey and Evaluation system to assess many aspects of the facilities, sales efforts, financial performance, etc. This resulted in dealership upgrade projects for over 40% of the dealerships across the country.
