As a co-founder, I managed design-build and documentation for culture and housing projects.Some of the projects include: • Managing design for Green Academy International competition in Bologna, Italy – placed finalist.• Leading design for multi-use Dunes Touristic Hub Oman – First place in invited competition (DTC Oman).• Preparing bidding for the UNICEF project of 45 Public Schools in Lebanon for refugees.• Participating in damage assessment and rehabilitation of historic buildings affected by the 2020 Beirut Blast.• Handling major Projects (at different phases) including: University Of Oregon Innovation Lab, BIM Models for US Embassy New Compound in Beirut, Jeb Jannine Playground for Syrian Refugees with Catalytic Action in Lebanon, ABC Shopping Center, etc…

• Contributed to design stage of the First Hawaiian Bank Proposal – Honolulu, Hawaii.• Designed a proposal for William S. Richardson School of Law at University of Hawaii– Manoa, Lead.• Competed in in the international Tahiti Mahana Beach Masterplan Competition, a new 128 acres resort, including 2800 resort units and apartments. • Managed a $500 million proposal of Kyoya Sheraton Princess Kaiulani 1,100-room Waikiki Hotel and public areas while managing 8 team members and designing the project components which was awarded the first prize. • Conducted site visits and surveyed local Hawaiian renovation hospitality projects, for hotel rooms and common facilities.• Co-lead internal rebranding efforts for G70 40th anniversary, including workshops for employees and the launching of the new brand identity.
