Management of the Royal Melbourne Hospital's archival facility and its associated record keeping services including financial and strategic planning; development of policy, procedures and systems; management and cataloguing of data and records; research for internal and external clients; exhibition research, design and installation; digitisation of collections; appraisal, sentencing and disposal according to Public Record Office Victoria standards; and the provision of advice on records management principles and process for the organisation.In 2008, as part of the Pubic Affairs team at Melbourne Health, I was also involved in a series of year-long promotional events and activities on the history of the Royal Melbourne Hospital during the hospital’s 160th anniversary. This lead to our team being awarded both the Victorian and National award in the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s ‘Golden Target Awards’ in the Special Event/Observance Category in 2009.Compiler of the book 'Portraits of Care: A pictorial journey of The Royal Melbourne Hospital - yesterday, today and tomorrow', published in 2014; and numerous exhibitions including the virtual displays: A Celebration of Partnership: 50 years of The University of Melbourne's Departments of Medicine and Surgery at The Royal Melbourne Hospital; A peek into the controversial life of eccentric surgeon, James George Beaney; and Timeline of Cancer Research and Treatment. Awarded a PROV, Local History Grant in 2016 for the project: 'Medical Voices: Oral Histories of RMH senior medical staff'.

Project managed from inception to implementation the Patient Information Brochures system at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The outcomes of this information management project are improved processes, system and tools for the creation, review and access to consistently branded, well-written and comprehensive information about services and health conditions/treatments that are targeted to, and understood by, patients and/or carers.Finalist in the Public Record Office Victoria Sir Rupert Hamer Records Management Awards in 2013 for work on the Project. Also nominated for the Melbourne Health Chief Executive's Award for Outstanding Achievement in a Non-Clinical Area in 2012.
