    -Stand at my positioned post to greet guests and offer my assistance with their luggage to their final location also offer any information about in-house and local entertainment-When assisting a guest to their room I would then explain how to properly work the electronics in the room, also explain who to call and how to call for any assistance they needed during their stay at the hotel.-I was also required to perform special deliveries for guests when requested for any items ranging from flowers, champagne bottles and glasses, any type of special gifts given from the hotel to the guests.-On graveyard I was required to clean the hotel lobby countertops. vacuum and sweep the guest services/Concierge area, roll and bag up the daily news paper and deliver to all occupied rooms.
