    Led the development of the billing and customer care system (CRM) for the Toll Road #6. Led the system architecture, development methodology and technical development of the project, with product orientation, and implementation of Siebel CRM. Established and led team in the development of phase one; within timeline, quality and budget.Utilized Architecture and tools included: Object Oriented design, using UML and Rational suite lifecycle tools, C++, DCOM & Corba. Project scale of 70 person-years.

Managed the development of the innovative interfaces generator that contributed and led to simplicity, cost reduction and a smooth clear-cut production. Utilized Architecture and tools included: Object Oriented using C++, ACMS /DEC forms and DMQ, on VMS/Alpha and Ingres DB. Project scale of 30 person-years.
