    Managing the local governance and environmental governance portfolio for the OSCE Presence in Albania. The Governance in Economic and Environmental Issues Department of the OSCE is supporting the advance of good governance in Albania. I am responsible to provide environmental and local governance/decentralisation expertise, develop and manage projects and provide research and analysis on the subject matter to the senior management of the Organization.

    During the past eight years, I have been involved in promoting environmental enforcement, fostering operational collaboration and delivering capacity building activities to the wider environmental law enforcement community. In this role I have designed and coordinated the establishment of a National Inter-institutional Task Force on Environmental Crime, where, in an inter-agency setting joint, joint investigations were carried out.In this capacity i have coordinating with various organizations like EU, UN agencies, the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime, and other international forums and projects.I am responsible for preparing and managing national and regional project proposals on environmental governance and security, overseeing all aspects of the projects.

    Acting as the national focal point for regional projects on Climate Change and Security implemented in Albania, North Macedonia and Kosovo*. The Climate Change and Security project is focused in Korab massif area, Mavrovo and Shar/Sar mountains.I have managed the functioning, promotion and strategic leadership of three Aarhus Information Centres in Albania since 2008 and coordinate the network with SEE countries.
