This facilitates the registration of RTI applications, First Appeals and Second Appeals as well as their replies along with generation of number of MIS reports including filing of Returns to Central Information Commission on quarterly basis.Written and publish the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Reference Manual on RTI acitivities in Dept of Defence R & D. Provides Training to Central Public Information Officers (CPIOs) of department on regular basis to keep them abreast on the development in RTI.

    At DIAT (Formerly IAT), Pune worked towards development of Suchika software to provide library users online services from request for a document to its delivery. The system got appreciation from users that leads to DRDO Group Technology Award in 2005. The level of automation achieved in acquition and processing of books and serials control received appreciation from professionals as well as users.During the period 2007-2008 got a research & development project sanctioned for establishing digital archival facilty in the institute. The project leads to creation of number of research papers as well as state of the art digital repository. This was achieved with a team of three research assistants within a given time.

    Had the opporunity to work as Finance Officer of DIAT during jul 2006-jun 2008 because of my initiation in automated services. Great experience and have the opportunity to learned and work in entirly a new area - Double entry based accural system of accounting started from apr 2006. Contributed significantly for computrisation of finance and accounting system that leads to easy control on receipts, processing of bill, payments and generation of MIS reports (bill, payments, ledger, expenditure, trial balance, etc.).

Worked in the area of online Information retrival, database design & development, data import & export from one format to another. During the process has credit to cpnceived the idea and got developed and implemented the Software for easy and fast developmnt of bibliographic database and providing SDI services.This leads me to get the reponsibility for the development and implementation of an Integrated libray software in DESIDOC confirming to bibliographic and meta data standards.
