    At EY, my work was focussed on sustainability, climate change, energy and environment management/strategy. I have been the part of the leadership team that initiated EY’s environmental services in India and gradually transforming it to Climate Change & Sustainability Services over the years as one of the most successful and credible practice in the region. In the initial years, I played a key role in solution development – sustainability, carbon trading/CDM, low carbon transformation, EHS assessment – and tailoring to market need, internal training and quality/risk management for the service-line. Later as a Partner located in Delhi, I managed a major part of EY India’s CCaSS business, building a team that Clients trust, mentoring people, and building EY’s brand in sustainability and climate change.In 2014, I took up an assignment to EY Dubai as the MENA Regional Leader for Clean Energy and Sustainability Services. I played a key role in energising and revitalising the service line, provide strategic direction, organising and prioritising solution portfolio, internal and external branding of sustainability services of EY in MENA region, leveraging on EY global network through collaboration.     I worked with MECON, a large and reputed engineering consulting firm for 16 years, eventually leading their environmental services as Manager in North India, closely collaborating with the firm’s headquarter in Eastern India.My responsibilities included engineering services to industrial projects covering basic engineering, detailed engineering, vendor selection, project management and site supervision of construction and commissioning for environment, air/water pollution control, energy & utility and HVAC systems in mining and metallurgy (iron & steel, copper, zinc), power utility (coal), automobile, mint and note-press, oil & gas pipeline. I also provided services related to environmental impact assessment, EHS audits, development of environmental management systems for various projects and clients.
