    I am responsible for the day to day management of existing accounts, including order entry, expedites, lead time quotes, return authorizations. I communicate customer needs to our manufacturing facility and management.I work very closely with the sales managers and keep them informed on the status of our existing customer. We work together on new customer projects and quotations.I review our forecast on a regular basis, consult the sales managers on any changes, update the forecast accordingly and communicate changes to management and operations.

Answered customer requests and questions and communicated with our manufacturing facility located in NJ.The territory I handled was about $4mm to $5mm in sales annually. EAC was bought by Electrochem in 2007.
