    The Customer Care Data and Technology Specialist will be the analytical driver for the Customer Service organization. The Data and Technology Specialist will act as the contact for any system, data, and technology matters related to order technology management across service levels and segments.     The primary purpose of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst is to work with Cargill Salt EDI systems. To maintain smooth communications for order management (all EDI transactions) using EDI tools and to ensure smooth transitions when changes or maintenance are required. This generally consists of tasks such as handling inbound/outbound documents, conducting auditing, handling relevant documents, and networking with partners. The position works with information technology (IT) staff, other employees, and the customer to solve a range of issues to ensure the EDI program is working as intended. The EDI Analyst is the owner of the EDI process through Salt, has influence over the business and the IT team. The position provides support to multiple plants and works with other BUs to deliver a superior customer experience.
