Review and evaluate internal controls on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Facilitate annual group goal development as well as coordinate staff training, development and succession planning. Monitor key metrics for group performance and provide individual employee counseling and performance evaluations.
