My engagements may vary from business analysis, change management, process integrity review, process modification training, and much more. In every engagement I use my experience and training in business and industry coupled with Six Sigma principals to fulfill the needs of my clients. I have significant experience working in numerous industries conducting all manner of problem identification and resolution. I use every engagement as an opportunity to show my clients the value of the solution and why the solution is good for their organization. One area of my professional focus is to provide solutions to customers and leaders within the ECM industry. I define ECM (Enterprise Content Management) as any business requirement focusing on the management and distribution of information throughout an enterprise. This need can involve complex issues such as document management, information capture, workflow within the enterprise, BPO, or be as simple as long term document storage. No matter the solution a detailed business analysis is always required to define and structure the appropriate solution. I’ve recognized there is an extreme need in the ECM and system solution industries for experienced and competent individuals capable of understanding an organizations fundamental business requirements, and then proposing and managing the implementation of the solution. Chiara Partners was developed to not only directly fill this need, but assist leading ECM vendors to build an organization of competent associates needed to make them successful in the ECM Marketplace.
