    Served as the president of the Industry Partner Council of National REIA- June 2009/2010. Vendor services such as self directed IRA administrator to investors in real estate and notes was helpful in providing a benefit package to investment groups nationally. Carl was teamed up with other national companies, Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Roto Rooter, National Insurance Providers, etc to provide a unified sytem of support for the individual groups and their members.

    Launched rockets at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral FL from 1977 to 1995. Started with Martin Marietta in 1977 as an Engineer on the Shuttle Launch Team, responsible for integration of shuttle hardware and launch operations. Project manager on advanced program proposals for NASA and the Air Force including Space Station and the Orbital Maneuvering Vehicle programs. Manager of payload integration with Commercial Titan program and also worked with the Titan IV heavy lift unmanned military secret rocket launches. Left Lockheed Martin in 1995 to pursue other adventures.
