Established deployed support packages and replenishment supply chains across 13 separate supply sources in Arizona, California, the Carolinas, Hawaii, and Japan.Coordinated ground logistical support for 1500 - 2000 personnel conducting ground operations. Ensured food, water, waste disposal, transportation and material handling equipment was available throughout the exercise.Maintained the squadron's five facilities at a high standard of cleanliness and operability. Provided execution guidance matching production requirements with end of the fiscal year obligation requirements.-Coordinated efforts between design requirements, emergent user requirements, and developer capability to establish copacetic timelines meeting Marine Corps' mission requirements.-Developed the Training and Sustainment Plan for launching the new system. Trained nearly 500 Marines and eight regional instructors ensuring the success of the initial utilization of the software. Established routine follow-on efforts to ensure all Marines have proper training prior to deploying and using the software.
