I developed maintained and serviced solutions to improve the business processes that were being performed/monitored. Wrote SQL queries, developed and implemented interface applications. The main BPM Software Suite package that was used was Savvion(TM). All of the concepts and development behind a BPM solution can be applied to other packages.
