    I work with clients designing logos, branding, marketing materials and media content. I believe that being a good listener and knowing how to ask the right questions will lead to a pleasant and fruitful experience with me.I have over 18 years in design and working with clients and I am fluent in the Adobe Cloud Suite. My strength lies in my experience. I am well versed in color management across print and media. I have a very well rounded understanding of the variations in marketing manufacturing and how to properly create artwork to make it very versatile.

    I handled the invoicing for large clients, transaction reconciliation, tax preparation, payroll and general accounting in Quickbooks.I was the large format sign installation director. My responsibilities were to take the client's sign order and coordinate placement or removal instructions, and any information relative to the job. I would then disseminate the information to both production and the sign installation team via online interactive spreadsheets. I kept abreast of the sign regulations with both city and state and when needed, I would work with the client to obtain the city permits and the installers so that both would be in compliance.I designed their website, Facebook page, and other social media. I worked diligently on their Google listing having clients actively review them keeping thus keeping the company at the top of the search engines organically.I managed the production team. I worked with them daily on the prioritization of print jobs and production due dates and times. I would regularly evaluate workflow and the efficiency of the production crew. As the business grew I implemented several upgrades to the way orders were taken to accommodate a more efficient communication system between the designers and production. The company grew so quickly that it went from writing the orders on a whiteboard, to a carbon copy NCR form that helped to spread the load and eliminate unnecessary confusion. Within a year, the company grew so much that I designed a completely digital workflow automation program. It showed at what stage every job in progress was. It was visible to all team members and outside installers.I was also the lead graphic designer. I worked with clients doing logos, branding, sign design. I am very fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
