• Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Department Manager.• Assigned to handle Etisalat Project. A project wherein our company, Al Wathba Co. for Central Services will act as a sub-contractor in maintaining all company vehicles for Etisalat (Dubai Government-owned telecommunications company).• Assigned to handle and manage purchasing operations and functions for both Etisalat Workshops located in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, and Al Wathba owned workshops in Dubai and Sharjah.• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.• Assist in maintaining complete, updated and correct purchasing records/data (parts description) and pricing in the system.• Coordinate with Store Keepers and suppliers in the scope of the Purchase Request.• Handling and monitoring of claims to Stores and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.• Provide Stores and other requesting departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.• Process and issue Purchase Orders based on Purchase Requests submitted by the Store Keepers.• Monitor and control the use of petty cash by the Stores and make sure that level is always in the minimal.• Ensure that Purchase Order details and other related documents are in accordance with company policies and procedures.• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.• Monitor and coordinate with the Parts Coordinator regarding proper scheduling of pick-up or deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the Stores on time.• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.• Source for additional new suppliers and alternative parts (both genuine and non-genuine).

From the status of their loan application up to the availability of their vehicle.• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding the availability, acquisition, reservation of unit (car) and the schedule of release.• Coordinate with the Service Department and make sure that all job requirements/requests such as accessories installations including the thorough cleaning of the unit are finished at least a day before the schedule of release.• Make sure that all documents (sales invoices, bank documents, receipts, etc.) are ready a day before the delivery.• Be sure to provide the client with location maps and contact numbers of the Workshop, Service and Parts Departments.• Make sure that all features of the unit are again reminded, explained and cleared with the clients before or during the delivery.• Submit all necessary documents to the Accounts Department after the delivery for fast collection of company receivables.
