The strategy resulted in some of the most significant reforms to Ontario's property assessment system since the late 1990s and culminated in the delivery of the organization's most successful province-wide Assessment Update in 2016.Execution of the strategic plan was founded on the principle of innovation as discipline, guided by Larry Keeley’s “Ten Types of Innovation” and Roger Martin’s “Integrative Thinking”, and implemented utilizing a recurring 100-day project approach, based on the “Rapid Results” methodology pioneered by Robert Schaffer.
