Senior Consultant

Oct 1999 - Jun 2009
I provided specialist consulting advice and services to clients in the field of information management, business process improvement, and business process outsourcing. I developed strategic plans and digital solutions to support improvements to information and knowledge management both for the organisation and our clients. I responded to and worked with my colleagues on tenders (very large - multi million dollar contracts, to very small) and proposal writing including responding to major Federal and State government Requests for Tenders and Expressions of Interest. During that period we secured a range of new business contracts for very large private sector organisations and won major Government tenders including for the Departments of Finance and Administration, Health and Ageing, Infrastructure, Immigration (now Border Force), and for the Australian Federal Police and a range of smaller agencies. I delivered and/or coordinated the delivery of services included in outsourcing contracts on a national basis - for example, overseeing the delivery of records management services for six very large organisations.
