    • Implemented four Physician/MA focused projects in the Internal Medicine department that improved both team productivity and patient satisfaction. • Implemented outpatient sedated procedure room optimization changes, which included installation of EPIC Inpatient procedure tools and moving all nursing documentation from paper into the EHR. • Implemented the ‘I Saved a Life’ program, using analytical data to determine, and honor, the staff who proactively booked a mammogram appointment for a woman who was later then diagnosed with breast cancer.
