    Responsible for the development and implementation of ICT programs, policies, and projects in the Bank’s regional member countries.Duties include dialogue and cooperation on ICT programs and projects with development partners, international organizations and non-government organizations, financial resources mobilisation, feasibilities studies, project design and implementation, and involved in all phases of projects life cycle, from identification of projects to the Board approval, including supervision and project closure. I was an active member of the Task force who completed the Bank ICT strategy in 2008 and its review in 2012. I managed a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from development of national and regional ICT strategies and policies, national and regional large bandwidth telecommunication backbones, to ICT Centers of excellence, and from harmonization of legal and regulatory frameworks of the ICT sector to e-Government platforms, e-Education, e-Heath and e-Commerce in various regions of Africa.
