    I started as a project manager in Moen Marin in November 2021. Typical tasks include developing technical specifications, following up designers, suppliers, classification societies, shipyards and customers, cost control and continuous design improvements. I also function as a sustainability ambassador in Moen Marin.Current projects as per April 2024:- Eight vessels being built in Croatia. All plug-in hybrid workboats under 15 meters for the acquaculture industry.I have listed finalised projects in the section below.

    I started Altera's graduate program in 2018, and signed a full-time contract as a maintenance engineer in 2019. During my time in Altera, I:- Was the functional owner of the company's CMMS (Star IPS).- Developed maintenance analysis as a profession in the company.- Had Star IPS support function for Petrojarl Foinaven, Petrojarl Knarr and Petrojarl I.

    I was hired by Fugro Marine Services to roll out their new spare parts strategy onboard their vessels. This gave me valuable sea-going experience with international crews all over the world. My tasks included:- Setting up the CMMS (Star IPS).- Sailing with the vessels for 4-6 weeks, training the crew in how to act in accordance with the new strategy.- Creating how-to guides turning the strategy into practice.
