I am Al LaCroix, based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with over 32 years of experience in the information technology sector. I started my career in financial systems at Abbott Diagnostics, where I developed a global financial information system, and later transformed operations at Kraft Foods as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, I am the President of Dynamic System Solutions, LLC, where I have successfully built a global IT service provider from the ground up, leveraging remote technology and cloud computing. I hold an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mathematics from Marquette University. I am proficient in system architecture, business analysis, and project management, and I am also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. My passion lies in driving business process improvements and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic IT goals.
