    My role was to visit customer in their locations, to fix their CAT generators, machines starting from receiving the customer complaints and arrange the suitable parts according to the described fault also selecting the suitable tools then visit the customer and start troubleshooting the problem then fixing it if possible or order the needed parts. Providing Consultancy to the Customer with the best practice for everything in his machine, answering customer's questions, trying to find any opportunities from this visit.• Models I used to repair:-1. Machines (14M,14H,D10R,D9R,D8R,950H,966H,980f,325D,345D)2. Generators (3400series, 3500series, C15, C18, C32, Olympian GEP series, GEH series, GE series) • Fixing all wiring problems, detecting defected (controllers, switches, sensors, solenoids, starter motors, DC alternators, Monitoring Modules) using Schematics and logical signals/data flow.• Troubleshooting Electronic Engines problems• PIPs, PSPs and P.M• Fixing all AC power generator Units (Alternators) in Gen-Sets, detecting defected (Windings, Insulations, AVRs, Exciters, Bearings...etc.• Troubleshooting Electro-hydraulic systems problems• Customer Oriented - well preperation - well follwup with customers• Sales opportunities (Generators, Machines, Service Contracts and Parts) by recommending the Customers with the best solutions and connecting them to the right people in sales departments.
