The consultancy was founded in 2009 as opportunities to empower & build capacity for young professionals in the built environment sector emerged. We are a 100% black owned and 100% Youth owned company. ZiPEC was established with a view to partake meaningfully in the processing of redressing the historical imbalances by adopting proper business practices and to encourage young professionals to strengthen their professional skills through hard work and independency.
