We also offer a wealth of knowledge as Sectional Title practitioners and Town planners and have successfully undertaken a number of Land Audit reports on behalf of corporations as well as communities. Our senior staff regularly serve on the professional advisory teams for major township developments from large scale entry level housing developments to expansive private upmarket residential estates. We have significant experience in farm surveys, residential sub-divisions, servitude disputes and sectional title matters and are able to offer client support from the initial advisory stages of any project through to the point of plan and document submission to all relevant authorities.
