The guiding ethos is the development of community based sustainable social enterprises with a training focus for people with learning needs. Vision 21 recognises that people with learning disabilities have a lot to offer the workplace and that they have the same aspirations to work as other people. The heart of our training ethos is the belief that work has the power to change people’s lives for the better.
