We have over 30 years of experience in the industry, and have a passion for digging into businesses’ issues and struggles, and helping to solve them. We love supporting team leaders and managers to lead highly skilled and motivated teams. We know how busy team leaders and managers are within the hospitality industry, and the struggle of juggling many different tasks and issues in a super pressurised environment. One of my earliest memories is being barely 5-year-old, standing on a step stool, watching my mother cook. This was fascinating to me. Throughout my life I have developed this greater love for food, first as a chef, then the love of delighting people and putting a smile on their faces, as a catering manager. In the hospitality industry, our jobs involve people; customers but above all employees. Today, I help businesses and busy leaders with my many years of experience in restaurants, hotels, contract catering and facilities management.
