Overview

The Novosselov Research Group (NRG) is a part of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington and conducts multidisciplinary research in areas of Aerosol Science, Combustion and Fluid Dynamics. Lead by Igor Novosselov and comprised of an interdisciplinary group of students, research scientists, and post-doctorates, we tackle fundamental and practice problems in areas of aerosol science, fluid dynamics, and combustion to improve our communities and push our understanding of the world. We have developed novel technologies related to particulates sampling and analysis, combustion pollution control, nanomaterial synthesis, supercritical fluids, electrohydrodynamics, and Polio surveillance.
