Tom and Rose Marie Urell started our company’s long history of innovation by developing quality products from their home in Newton, MA. Now in our third generation, Urell continues to move forward with focus on our core values: driving products by creating demand, being flexible and agile in an ever changing market, and forming partnerships that ensure the greatest returns. Based out of Watertown, MA, ten minutes from Downtown Boston and easily accessible from all major routes, Urell has expanded its operations to a 75,000 sq. ft. facility. This allows us to offer a wide range of amenities designed to support our partners including: a full service warehouse, a large training center, meeting rooms and our experienced customer service department. In addition to our central office, we offer support with our teams of sales people operating throughout New England and New York. Our range of services extends beyond just sales and marketing, they include: product education, product certification classes, counter days, trade shows and more.
