We also provide services in various counties throughout West Virginia. Our company is designed to accommodate all local lending institutions, together with any lender outside our area, together with their clients. Tri-County Abstract has flexible hours to accommodate all real estate closings! Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on government holidays. With Tri-County Abstract you have the BENEFIT OF AN IN-HOUSE ATTORNEY for the price of a Title Agent. We are approved Agents with Old Republic Title Insurance and First American Title Insurance. We are covered by Errors & Omissions Insurance. Tri-County Abstract DOES NOT ASSESS AN IN-HOUSE CLOSING FEE!
