We represent business sellers who wish to sell their business in a confidential manner to qualified business buyers.We are not traditional business brokers because we believe that successful business seller relationships are built by teamwork. In the past, you may have heard negative things about business brokers and, unfortunately, most of the things that you have heard are true. But we are different -- much different than traditional business brokers. We don't list businesses rather we represent business owners. Now is the perfect time to sell and we are the perfect firm to do it. Ted Lewis and Alek Lewis, father and son, have over thirty years combined experience in Business Development in industries such as Technology, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Banking, Food Services, Insurance, Retail and Automotive businesses. This extensive experience allows us to be fully Certified by the North American Alliance of Business Brokers. We would like you to know that confidentiality is Priority #1. Our 1-on-1 philosophy is a unique systematic approach to selling a business. We act as their business agent with the business owner as the star, meaning we represent their interests, allowing them to present their business. Normal business brokers list as many businesses as they can (sometimes with a retainer or listing fee) hoping a few of them sell. We believe in an individualized 1-on-1 approach with our business seller clients. We DO NOT "list businesses" hoping a few of them sell rather we only work with a selective number of quality businesses that we know that we can sell. While we consider ourselves business brokers - we do more from a valuation to coaching to complete support. AND we get paid on the contingency of closing on our businesses for sale.
